Questions
Do I need to have a design ready?
No. Start from one of our designs and change the name, number, flag or colours. If you only have an idea, describe it in the notes when you order and Point A will work it out with you.
Can I order a design I have seen before?
Yes. Upload a picture of it in the designer, or pick the closest design in the gallery and adjust it.
How much does a cap cost?
Caps start from ₦25,000. Detailed designs, or embroidery on several sides, can cost more. Point A confirms the exact price after seeing your design, before you pay anything.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, once Point A has confirmed your price. The bank details appear when you check your order.
How long does my order take?
It depends on the design and how many caps you order. Point A tells you the expected time when confirming your order.
Do you deliver outside Abuja?
Yes. Delivery in Abuja is ₦5,000. For anywhere else, Point A quotes delivery with your price.
Can I order many caps at once?
Yes. Enter how many you want when you order. There is no minimum.
Do you only customise caps?
For now, yes. Caps are our starting point, and more products are on the way.
